Mrs Brenchley came to Clifford House in July 1985 as a partner in the role of administrator. Her partner retired and from the 1st July 1995 she has been the sole proprietor. During 2002/2003 she attended Basingstoke College of Technology and achieved her Registered Managers Award NVQ level 4. From January 2009 Mrs Brenchley will be known as Registered Provider.
Lesley Anderson came to Clifford House in 1991 as a Care Assistant. She has worked consistently as Training Supervisor since 1995. Over the years Lesley has achieved her Assessors Award, NVQ Level 4 in Care and the Registered Managers Award. With effect from January 2009 Lesley has been appointed by the Commission for Quality Care as Registered Manager.
Linda Lambourne came to Clifford House in 1989 as a Night Care Assistant. She was previously an SRN and became Care Supervisor in 1993, actively involved in overseeing the care of our residents.
Our Training Supervisor has achieved her NVQ level 3 in care and is totally committed to update the training of our current staff.
Senior Care Staff with NVQ Level 2 & 3 always available. Training is actively encouraged.
All other members of care staff are actively involved in an ongoing training programme of manual Handling, health & Safety, Fire Safety and basic Food Hygiene.
Fire precautions and safety training for all staff employed are given priority
All cooks have current Food Hygiene certificates
You may also be greeted on the telephone by our friendly administration officer who gives all the team and residents great support.
Current Staff Requirements: Weekend Cook - Homely cook required for alternate weekend work. Saturdays and Sundays
10.00am to 2.00pm, every other weekend. Must have food hygiene certificate which can be arranged if out of date. Care Staff Experienced, preferably to NVQ level 2 standard, initially required to cover holidays and sickness but could lead to permanency for the right person.
