Mrs Brenchley came to Clifford House in July 1985 as a partner in the role of administrator. her partner retired and from the 1st July 1995 she has been the sole proprietor. During 2002/2003 she attended Basingstoke College of Technology and achieved her Registered Managers Award NVQ level 4.
SRN Care Supervisor actively involved in care
Our Training Supervisor has achieved her NVQ level 4 in care and assessors award. She is currently working towards her Registered Managers Award
Senior Care Staff with NVQ Level 2 & 3 always available. Training is actively encouraged
All other members of care staff are actively involved in an ongoing training programme of manual Handling, health & Safety, Fire Safety and basic Food Hygiene .
Fire precautions and safety training for all staff employed are given priority
All cooks have current Food Hygiene certificates
